I am joyfully writing this post a little earlier than usual. After having my diet under control and riding so hard yesterday I was hoping for some good results. Well, I got some. This morning I weighed 325.5. Today, I made it to the gym and had a nice hard hour long workout. I wanted to play basketball, but it's really not fun unless you're playing against someone.
So far today I've eaten some pumpkin seed granola type cereal, a orange and cranberry muffin (couldn't resist; that's my favorite muffin), a banana, and a half a peanut butter sandwich. The only meal I have left is dinner and I'm pretty sure I'll contain myself.
